Post-Swarm: node-exporter must run standalone with pid:host, since Swarm mode blocked it and cross-node /proc namespaces contaminated swap metrics. Marks the stacks/ definition superseded. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
