Deploys ghcr.io/lemker/unifi-os-server replacing linuxserver/unifi-network-application. Data dirs moved to /var/lib/unifi-os/ locally (NFS root_squash blocks chown needed by postgres/mongodb/nginx init). Only /persistent remains on NAS for config backups.
