feat: Complete analytics admin UI panel

- Analytics toggle (enable/disable)
- Event count display
- Export JSON button (copies to clipboard)
- Export CSV button (copies to clipboard)
- Clear data button with confirmation dialog
- Persist analytics enabled state in DataStore
