ci: Add Gitea Actions workflow

- Build and test on push/PR to main - Run unit tests - Build debug APK - Run Android lint (non-blocking) - Upload artifacts (APK + lint reports) Note: Requires gradle wrapper to be generated with 'gradle wrapper'
