feat: initial commit — VoiceCoach real-time voice coaching pipeline

Browse Source 
Services: Pipecat agent (LiveKit + Claude + Whisper STT + Piper TTS),
SpeechBrain analysis service, Piper TTS service, web client (nginx).
Includes LiveKit server config and docker-compose orchestration.
