Build the group management UI including the group editor modal and group action toolbar.

Tasks

Group list in sidebar or dedicated tab
Group editor modal: name, description, member picker (search containers by node/name)
Add/remove containers from group in the editor
Group action toolbar: Start All, Stop All, Restart All buttons
Confirmation modal before bulk stop/restart actions
Visual feedback during bulk action (spinner, per-item status)
Group delete with confirmation

Notes

Groups endpoint: GET /api/groups, POST, PUT, DELETE
Bulk actions: POST /api/groups/{id}/start|stop|restart
