Implement a slide-out log viewer panel for viewing container logs.

Tasks

Slide-out right panel triggered by clicking Logs button on a card
Panel header: container name, close button, copy-to-clipboard button
Log output area with monospace font, dark background
Auto-scroll to bottom on initial load
Fetch last 200 lines from GET /api/services/{node}/{id}/logs?tail=200
Refresh button to reload logs
ANSI color code rendering (optional but nice)

Notes

Panel should not navigate away from the dashboard
Use CSS transform/transition for slide animation
