Implement the core /containers endpoints for the node agent service running on each node.

Tasks

GET /containers - list all containers (name, image, status, state)
POST /containers/{id}/start - start a container
POST /containers/{id}/stop - stop a container
POST /containers/{id}/restart - restart a container
GET /containers/{id}/logs?tail=200 - fetch last N log lines
POST /containers/{id}/pull - pull latest image and recreate
GET /health - health endpoint returning node info
Auto-detect whether a container is Swarm-managed or Compose-managed

Notes

Uses Docker SDK for Python (docker library)
Runs on port 8889 on each node
Communicates via Docker socket (/var/run/docker.sock)
